Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard delivery (2-3 Working days) to the UK on all orders and use Royal Mail Special Delivery – a secure, next day delivery service from day of despatch.
Please be aware that some items may need to be made up if not in stock, personalised or sized and this will affect the delivery time. Please allow a possible 2-4 weeks from the date of order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
At KML, we can send our jewellery anywhere in the world using either Royal Mail (International Signed For), Fedex, DHL or DPD. Please contact us on 020 73108472 or email@example.com for more information on prices and timings.
When shipping, all of our Kari Munro London jewellery is fully insured to give you peace of mind.
In stock items will be shipped within 3 working days. Personalised items will take 10 to 15 working days - please contact the studio on firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the studio within three days of delivery to return the item for a credit note or exchange. Items returned must be in perfect, new and unused condition and in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Once we have received your return, we will be in touch with details of the credit note or exchange.
Please note that you will not be able to return any goods that have been personalised, sized for you or that have been worn.
We recommend you return any goods through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods and that returns are paid for by the customer.
