Shipping & Returns

UK delivery

Every piece is made to order in solid gold, so please allow three to four weeks from the date of your order. Personalised and bespoke pieces can take a little longer, and I will always tell you at the time if that is the case.

Once your piece is ready it is sent free of charge within the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure, tracked, next day service. You will receive an email with your tracking details on the day it leaves the studio.

International delivery

I send jewellery all over the world, fully insured and tracked, using Royal Mail International Signed For, FedEx, DHL or DPD. Email me at hello@karimunro.com for prices and timings to your country.

Customs, duties and international orders

Any import duty or tax charged by the customs agency in your country is payable by you, the receiver, and is not included in the price you pay at checkout. I am unable to accept liability for any delay caused by customs inspections or levies.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the studio within three days of delivery to return the item for a credit note or exchange. Items returned must be in perfect, new and unused condition and in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Once we have received your return, we will be in touch with details of the credit note or exchange.

Please note that you will not be able to return any goods that have been personalised, sized for you or that have been worn.

We recommend you return any goods through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods and that returns are paid for by the customer.
